EuCorVac-19™ Inj. Multi-dose

EuCorVac-19™ is a subunit vaccine (recombinant protein vaccine) that minimizes unnecessary antibody formation by including only the RBD antigen of the ACE2 receptor binding domain spike protein, which has the advantage of having only antigenic components that can effectively induce immune function, resulting in fewer side effects. In addition, to induce sufficient immunogenicity, EcML® can be used as an adjuvant to promote humoral and cellular immune responses through TLR4 receptor stimulation, and by directly linking the antigen to liposomes using CoPoP and presenting the antigen on the liposome surface, more antigen can be provided to dendritic cells than general liposome-based vaccines to maximize antigen formation.
